PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS FOR THE COMPETITION
Astropet & Welldog

These participation conditions apply to the competition of PetRhein GmbH (Astropet), Bayernstraße 14, 30855 Langenhagen and Travepet GmbH (welldog), Klein Barnitz 21, 23858 Barnitz (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). Participation in the competition is exclusively subject to these participation conditions. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is not organized or supported by Instagram.

1) Duration of the Competition

The duration of the competition extends from 01.11.2024 to 15.11.2024. During this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.

2) Course of the Competition

… commenting on the post (Comment with your most creative caption)

… optional (voluntary): Tagging friends and sharing in the story

and agreeing to these participation conditions. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered in the draw.

Only one submitted entry per participant will take part in the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

3) Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons who have their residence in Germany and are 18 years of age or older. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizers and is not dependent on the purchase of a good or service. 

If participants are restricted in their legal capacity, consent from their legal representative is required.

Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organizers as well as their family members. In addition, the organizers reserve the right to exclude individuals from participation at their discretion if there are legitimate reasons, such as:

(a) in case of manipulations related to access to or execution of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in case of unfair conduct or (d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

4) Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

The competition includes a Taurus automatic feeder, dry food Tails & Tales: Perfect PferdTräglich (4 kg), LammBa Zamba! (1.5 kg), Ente gut, alles gut (1.5 kg), Noch ganz Fisch im Kopp? (100 g), InSektempfang (100 g) valued at approximately 176.44 €.

The winners are determined after the closing date as part of a random draw among all participants.

The winner will be notified promptly via private message. The winner must contact astropet_eu (via the Instagram channel) within 1 week by private message with their name, address, and email address. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize can be transferred by the organizers to another participant.

The delivery of the prize is carried out by parcel shipping at the expense of the organizers exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the winner. An exchange, self-collection, or cash payment of the prize is not possible. 

The costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) are borne by the winner.

5) Premature Termination of the Competition

The organizers reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizers particularly make use of this option if proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizers can demand compensation for the damage caused by this person.

6) Data Protection

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the information provided about themselves, in particular first name, last name, address, and email address, is truthful and correct. 

The organizers point out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use.

7) Revocation

Participants are free at any time to effect the deletion of their registration data by revocation at service@astropet.de and thereby withdraw from participation.

8) Liability

Claims for possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors are to be made exclusively against them.

The organizers are not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor and the resulting consequences for the execution of the competition.

The competition of the organizers is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

10) Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall not be affected.
