Intern/Working Student E-Commerce & Marketing

To strengthen our team, we are looking for immediately three dedicated interns or working students in the field of e-commerce and marketing (m/f/d).

(Interns full-time for 3 to 6 months. Working students part-time (20 hrs/W) for 1 year.)

 

Your Tasks

  • Support in managing and optimizing our online shop.
  • Participation in product presentation and content creation.
  • Analysis of sales data to identify trends and provide recommendations for the assortment.
  • Involvement in e-commerce projects and campaigns.
  • Customer service tasks, including handling inquiries and complaints via email and phone.
  • Support in influencer management
  • Assistance in creating social media content and videos
  • Organization and coordination of marketing projects
  • Participation in trade fairs and support in their execution
  • Analysis and identification of improvement potentials
  • Maintenance and updating of marketing databases and documentation
  • Communication and negotiation with external partners and suppliers
  • Collaboration in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns

 

Your Profile

  • Studies in the field of economics, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Interest in e-commerce and digital trends.
  • Analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers.
  • Independence, teamwork ability, and quick comprehension.
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Affinity/interest in pets.
  • Openness to working in an international environment with different cultures.
