Indeed, I don't know why, but my cats have the bad habit of peeing on the sides, where there is no sand or grains, which means that you have to scratch in these places; and this despite the space being large enough for them: they are a sibling group of 2 Bengal cats (one male and one female). The only downside is that the litter mats were not available at the same time and they are essential to prevent the cats from putting grains or sand everywhere in the house and allows them to enter more easily, also, Great.

The delivery was done in two steps: the first package contained the accessories, a few days later the package with the toilet arrived (20kg heavy, my poor postman).
The assembly was quickly done thanks to the foolproof instructions, really very detailed and illustrated. The only annoying part was the box with the parts INSIDE the drum of the cat toilet. A small tip: you can take it out, then it will surely be easier... I didn't know, so I took the box apart inside the drum and reached my goal that way.
The installation is also self-explanatory, otherwise also described in detail in the instructions. I simply filled in the cat litter and tried all the buttons one after the other. After a few minutes of fascinating admiration of the simple technology with which the machine operates, as well as the skeptical observation of my cats, partly in meerkat position, the acid test followed.
Both cats accepted the toilet during the day and at least the more particular one certainly doesn't want to do without it anymore.
I personally am happy every day about my new diligent household helper, truly a worthwhile investment. If it wants something from me beeps or lights up, otherwise it cheerfully does what it should. I am still curious about the monthly basic cleaning with litter change. But that will certainly be as easy as everything else. :-D

The shipping was a nightmare. We ordered and paid for the toilet at the beginning of December. However, the toilet only arrived on 07.01. I haven't even had the item for 7 days and I'm already being asked for the third time how the product is.
The installation of the device is not easy. Even the QR code doesn't help because you have to click through to the Jupiter Toilet forever and then can't find it. The website is confusing. You only see the most important information after endless clicking back and forth. Ok, that's enough about that.

The toilet itself is really good. It was quickly accepted, is very quiet, and the smell is effectively neutralized. As I said, I've only had it for 7 days and so far it's running perfectly. I hope it continues to do so after the warranty. I can only recommend the two entrance aids to everyone, but they also take up a lot of space.

Unfortunately, I also waited almost 6 weeks for the Jupiter. But whenever I inquired, there was always a direct response. I also have the Mercury, and in comparison, the Jupiter is larger. However, the entry for the Jupiter is very high. Since I also have a Scottish Fold, that's a downside. It would also be nice if you could reset the toilet visits to 0 daily. Otherwise, the toilet works very well.
