This position aims to provide effective customer care, expand and support the sales process and increase sales through direct and indirect sales strategies. Responsibility for selecting, implementing and optimizing a CRM system to improve the efficiency of customer and sales data management.

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a committed full-time employee for a permanent position.

Your tasks

  • Customer advice and support: Direct interaction with customers in order to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Sales support: creating and tracking offers and orders, managing customer contacts and data, supporting distribution.
  • CRM system management: selection and implementation of a suitable CRM system. Definition and establishment of processes for data management and customer communication.
  • Data management and analysis: Responsibility for correct data entry, maintenance and analysis in the CRM system.
  • Training and support: Organizing and conducting training for the CRM system and assisting staff with technical issues.
  • Market analysis and sales promotion: Carrying out market analysis and developing strategies to increase sales through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Reporting: Preparation of sales reports and regular review of CRM data to optimize sales strategies.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or studies in business administration, marketing or a related specialty.
  • Experience in customer service and/or in internal sales.
  • Basic technical knowledge and experience with the introduction of software solutions, ideally CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and high service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and to work in an effective team.
  • Openness to an international working environment.
  • German at a native language level and fluent English are required
  • Full-time: 40 hours/W
