We recommend not using the cat toilet for cats weighing more than 12 kg.

The Helios Series should be placed in a quiet, easily accessible location that provides your cat with sufficient privacy. Make sure to position the litter box away from high-traffic areas and loud appliances to maximize your cat's comfort. A well-ventilated room also helps minimize odors and create a pleasant environment.

To accustom your cat to the Helios Series, place the new litter box in the location of the old litter box. Let your cat explore the new environment and leave a small amount of the old litter in the new container. This scent is familiar to your cat. Reward your cat with treats and praise when she uses the new toilet. Give your cat time to get used to the Helios Series, and avoid forcing her. Patience and positive reinforcement are the keys to success.
